The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Discord roles that have already been assigned
- Voice channel access that has been activated
- Gaming tournament entries after the tournament has started
- Premium content that has been accessed or downloaded
- Services that have been fully delivered
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
How to Request a Refund
